life-threatening circumstances) on Summer 2004’s “Fireworks
Shooting.”  His 2002 investigation into a Florida counter-terrorist
training camp was nominated for an Emmy.  Ron was the only
reporter to graduate with law enforcement agents who were
trained in firearms, intelligence gathering, and ground fighting. He
anchored previously at the FOX-owned station in Memphis, as
well as at TV stations in Lansing, Michigan, Raleigh, North
Carolina and as a free-lancer for CNN and ESPN.
